Are your products made to order?
Yes. Every Divot Parade item is printed after you order and ships directly from one of our print partners. That keeps waste down and lets us offer more designs.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days, and standard US delivery typically takes another 3–8 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. See our shipping policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on US orders of $45 or more. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your items and address.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, and some items can also ship to Canada. Available options are shown at checkout.
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or refund that item. Details are in our refund policy.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because each item is made for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart on apparel listings before you order.
How do your shirts and sweatshirts fit?
Our tees and crewnecks are unisex. Each apparel listing includes a size chart in inches, measured flat.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't entered production, we can cancel it for a full refund or update it.
Who is Butter?
Butter is the lead character of Divot Parade: a retro butter-stick golfer with a smooth swing and a questionable slice. The Smooth Like Butta line is his. More characters are on the way.
